What is a business change programme?
A project is a one-off set of activities to achieve a specific objective.

We find client project needs are individual and do not send out routine spam emails

Do you sell IT products?
We are completely independent of equipment suppliers and do not sell IT products of any sort.

How do I know you will behave professionally?
Our staff are qualified specialists who have chosen to work as consultants, having trained with major consulting organisations. We conform to the code of professional conduct of the Institute of Management Consultants:

I am not sure if I can afford a consultant?
On a key project, getting the approach right can save money in the long run. If you are on a tight budget we will propose cost-saving options, for example by identifying tasks you can do yourself, with some training from us.

Do you work with public sector organisations?
Yes, and you can engage our services through Catalist (previously S-Cat).

Whereabouts do you work?
Wherever the project requires, however most of our work is in the South West and Wales, the M3/M4 corridor, the Midlands and London.
