Once a project is under way it still needs active management to be successful. The right management input in a timely way can often avoid bigger problems later.

The level of management demand will vary throughout the project with peaks expected at certain stages such as delivery and testing and unexpected peaks, should issues arise.
We provide the expertise to ensure a project delivers. This includes:

Injecting energy and drive if needed, to ensure progress is made,

Communicating with all contributors, particularly on what will happen next and their involvement

Tracking achievement in a regular and consistent way

Identifying problems before they become serious and taking corrective action quickly.

Our staff use industry standard methods such as Prince 2, applied in a way appropriate to the project. Depending on your needs, we can manage a whole project, or a key area where you want extra support, such as process design or system testing.
