Prince2
Today, Prince2 is the most widely used project management method, recognised by public sector, commercial and not for profit organisations as the baseline model for project management. An updated version - Prince2: 2009, was released in June 2009; see our articles and downloads and resources page for our briefing paper on the new version.

Managing Successful Programmes
Managing Successful Programmes is the public domain method which will be of interest to those involved in large or multiple projects, particularly when organisation or people change is involved.

Current training offerings comprise:

• Prince2 Quick Start – a one day crash course covering all the key elements of Prince2 project management, designed for project managers and those moving into project management

• Programme Management Quick Start – a one day crash course covering programme management skills for project managers and based on MSP

• Programme/Project Planning – a one day tool-independent techniques-based course for project managers, team/workstream managers and support staff who need core planning skills

• Project Auditing – a one day course for staff involved in project reviewing and those working in an audit or assurance role.

Whilst our courses adhere to relevant standards, they are focused on practical use rather than exam preparation.

Bespoke Processes and Methods
We are regularly asked to help organisations develop bespoke management processes and templates, often tailoring Prince2 or MSP to the specific need of the organisation. In these situations we provide a complete develop/document/deploy/embed package.
